Speltz, who has been a member of PPI's Board of Directors since 2013, has been appointed to the international advisory panel of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). Amb. Speltz was a US executive director and ambassador to the Asian Development Bank, and currently serves as the chairman and chief executive officer of Global Strategic Associates, which has been a member of PPI since 2011.
