1. Be prepared with the employee's hire date, classification and position description PDF file.
2. Click here to start a new form for an employee.
3. Complete the fields in Part 1.
4. When all the fields of Part 1 are complete, click Save and Resume Later at the bottom of the page.
5. In the pop-up box, click Save and get link.
6. Enter firstname.lastname@example.org in the email field.
7. Click the Send save and resume link button.
8. Find and select the most recent email from Formstack Support in your inbox.
9. Click Forward.
10. Attach the employee's position description PDF file.
11. Enter you brief message.
12. Add the employee's name to the beginning of the subject line.
13. Enter the employee's email address in the To field and send.
Repeat steps 1 through 13 for each employee.
