Arvind Chari is the Chief Investment Strategist at Q India UK, an affiliate of Quantum Advisors India. He has over 20 years of experience in India investing across asset classes. As the Chief Investment Strategist, he is Quantum's thought leader and guides global investors on their India allocation. Arvind is a proud Board Member of PPI and also serves as a member of the Program Committee and the Membership Committee of PPI. Quantum Advisors India was founded in 1990 by Ajit Dayal and was India's first institutional equity research house and has evolved into an investment management firm with the capability to manage India-dedicated portfolios for long-term investors. Quantum Advisors was a pioneer in India in adopting an "Integrity Screen" in 1996 which has since 2015 evolved into an integrity score used as a governance filter in its investment process. Quantum’s flagship, The Q India Value Equity Strategy with a track record since 2000, is a liquid, long-only, high governance, valuation driven strategy which offers sensible, risk-adjusted and a predictable outcome for a long-term India allocation.
